factual programme:

Biased: Unfair prejudiced for or against someone or something.
Impartiality: Impartiality is a principle of justice hold that decisions should be based off the subject. criteria and not off biased knowledge.
Subjective: this is one persons opinion.
Objective: this is a group of peoples opinion and is based on the facts. I should be balance of different peoples opinions.
Balanced: Having a balance of different arguments.
Context: using historical evidence.
